Curburough 2 and 3

Postby NickD » Sun Jan 14, 2007 9:13 pm

I have writen to Dave Paterson, course seceratary of Curburough for some dates for the track this year. I envisage some time from the end of May onwards. So that is 9 places available.

I also intend to organise a second date, mainly for the benifit of the Northampton area because I said to Ken Stanbury last year that I would, however, I have a sneaky feeling they might be a few spaces going on that day too, so form a queue here:-

Count me in for both, dates permitting. I might actually get to meet a few more of you folks instead of just lurking on the forum! :)

Although last time was great fun, I'll have to pass on this one. Factoring in the price of new tyres and the ammount my engine would get abused I just can't justify it to myself

Move my status to possible hanger on, can't be sure that the car will be in a state that I'm happy to chuck around the track as yet... Much as I really really want to!

Everybody.

The OC day at Curbourough is June 2.

I have at last established contact with Dave Paterson. Do we still want a day late in May? Or will this conflict with people wanting to go to the OC day?

Also can some one post a link to the OC day, I am too lazy to look for one.

I'm not particularly bothered about going to the OC day. Besides, I think we had more fun when we organised our own.

I did both days last year and your one was much better than the OC one, a much more relaxed vibe and more time on the track.

I'd be up for it at the end of May, although after the 22nd will be better as I'll have finished uni 8)
